Paul Lubao

Anyone out there? Originally born and raised in the Philippines. Currently living in the Washington DC area, Paul is an uncanny mix of geek and jock. Paul is an "IT Guy" by trade, but also carries his DSLR camera everywhere. He's either working on computers or taking the photos at parties, events, and outdoors.
