Hello, I'm Paul Mugendi, a seasoned Software Engineer based in Nairobi, Kenya, with a deep passion for technology, design, and innovation. I've also cultivated a keen interest in travel and continuous learning, which enhances my global perspective and adaptability.

In my career, I’ve honed my ability to draw insights from various data sources, crafting strategic plans for both short- and long-term objectives. I’ve consistently engaged with all levels of organizations, providing timely updates on key trends and preemptively identifying necessary changes to meet goals.

As a leader in cross-functional collaboration, I have guided teams through the development, implementation, and training phases of ERP projects. My exposure to all functional areas within organizations has allowed me to build a holistic understanding of business processes, driving efficiency and streamlining operations.

With a specific focus on the East African region, I’ve excelled as a SaaS Product Manager, consistently delivering results within specified timelines. Currently, I’m fully immersed in the affiliate marketing and media buying space, specializing in verticals such as crypto, forex, Nutra Health, and casino traffic. Over the past 5 years, I’ve developed extensive experience in managing successful campaigns, affiliate programs, and partnerships, bringing practical insights into the affiliate marketing industry.

Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, and over 7 years of hands-on experience in Business Discovery and ERP implementations, I am eager to contribute my skills and expertise to new challenges.
