Paul Marchese had always been interested in the law. As a child, he watched movies and television shows about lawyers and thought it would be an exciting career. So, after completing his undergraduate degree, Paul Marchese decided to attend law school. Paul Marchese was quickly successful in the field of criminal law. He was able to help people who had been charged with crimes and ensure that they received a fair trial. However, Paul Marchese felt that he could play a more significant role in people's lives in will and trust planning. Will and trust planning is a way for people to plan for their futures and ensure that their assets are protected after death. Paul Marchese enjoyed helping people plan for their futures and ensuring that their assets were protected.
Paul Marchese graduated from St. John's University School of Law in 2003. While in law school, Paul focussed on criminal law and Government service, having worked at the Bronx District Attorney and United States Attorney's Office, Eastern District of New York. Paul has tried cases in both Federal and State Courts and is a fluent Spanish speaker. Paul is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Paul is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Paul is also a former Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice at St. John's University, where he taught courses in criminal law and procedure. Paul is currently Of Counsel to the Law Office of Edward D. Friedman, PLLC.
