Paul Nguyen is the host of the internet show
Paul Nguyen's Vietnamese inspired flavours of Darwin.

An English born Canadian who recently emmigrated to Darwin, Australia. Paul now proudly calls himself a "Top Ender". He now enjoys the perks that come along with the title, such as great weather, long walks on Dripstone beach and small marsupials running around in the attic keeping him up at night.

When he's not being kept up all night by pouched roadents, he's out around Darwin taking in it's sites looking for that next meal inspiration.

A computer programmer by profession he's also an avid photographer, writer, web designer, video producer, woodworker, world traveller, devout husband and although not the best cook in the world he knows good tucker when he's eats it.
