Paul Paez is a marketing and customer experience leader with a 20 plus year background focused primarily on technology, digital health, non profit, and professional services organizations.

After a diagnosis of MS and later Cancer, Paul realized, first-hand, the need to improve the patient experience, and for the past 10 years has focused his extensive professional background to help healthcare organizations improve their "customer" experience for patients. He currently works for the world's largest provider of patient experience technologies. He is a former venture-capital supported CEO of a HIPAA privacy and data protection company. He started his professional life as a financial news journalist.

Paul has a wide range of experience, having worked at large, Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized corporations, emerging start-ups, and international and local non-profits. He has held the titles of CEO, President, VP of Marketing, Director of Internet Marketing, Director of Sponsorships and Director of Development.

Recently, Paul launched a nonprofit initiative to support MS patients, led national, enterprise healthcare sales for his current employer, survived cancer, and earned certifications in fitness training and nutrition. Paul also speaks to audiences interested in patient customer service and proactive health management.

He is fluent in English and Spanish; and has worked in the U.S., Argentina, and Mexico.
