Paul Pedersen

I have nine years of experience advising private and public companies about mergers & acquisitions, raising capital, and corporate development. I founded a media company that was acquired in 2007 by Towerstream (NASDAQ: TWER), a U.S. wireless provider. I am experienced at working with the shareholders and management of private companies to achieve a liquidity event. I have helped companies to go public in Canada and the United States through both IPOs and reverse mergers.

I received a MBA in Finance from Michigan State University, where I served as a Fellow at the Center for Venture Capital Private Equity and Entrepreneurial Finance. I received a Bachelors of Commerce Degree from the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary’s University, graduating in the top 5% of my class. I am a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) through the International Business Brokers Association.

I live in Vancouver with my fiancé and our two dogs. When not focused on work, I enjoy lifting weights, spending time with family & friends, and following the New England Patriots.
