I began my career 20 years ago as an Optical Engineer working at the NASA Ames Research Center. After six years, I grew bored with the “black and white” world of science and obtained MBA in Finance from San Jose State University. Following graduation, I spent the next five years working for a series of high-tech companies in California, New Mexico, and Idaho in Finance Management and Strategic Marketing Management positions. I also owned and managed (from a distance unfortunately…) a ski lodge at Lake Tahoe from 2000 to 2007.

In 2005, I quit my last corporate job and launched Synergy Business Development, a business coaching and consulting company that specialized in business optimization and profitability. Later that year, I merged my firm with Galliard Group - a nationwide Management Consulting & Bsiness Coaching firm that specialized in Exit and Succession Planning for lower mid-market companies. I joined Pro/Vision Coaching in 2010 as a Chief Operating Officer and continue to help business owners to build more valuable companies.

In addition to two Master's degrees, I am also Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Certified Family Business Advisor (CFBA), and Certified Professional Business Coach (CPBC).
