Paul Pogue

For nearly 30 years, Paul Pogue has relied on quality, integrity, and fairness to remain at the forefront of the construction industry. As the founder of Pogue Construction, Paul Pogue possesses extensive experience with all facets of the business and regularly accepts a host of residential and commercial projects. With an emphasis on community cohesiveness and a persistent attention to detail, he has gained acclaim as one of the leading general contractors across the greater Dallas metropolitan area. Recognized as an Honored Professional among the Who's Who in Executives and Professionals, Mr. Pogue has also accepted the McKinney Business of the Year award in 2004 and was named Collin County's Corporate Citizen of the Year.

Paul Pogue first established Pogue Construction in Sherman, Texas, in 1979. Originally focused on residential construction, he eventually expanded to work with an array of medical, financial, municipal, and educational facilities. In 1996, Mr. Pogue relocated his business to McKinney, Texas, in order to more effectively meet the demands of his clients. A member of the Association of General Contractors, he has completed numerous projects from Fort Worth to Rockwall, Texas, estimated at over $450 million in total value. He has also worked on projects for 67 separate school districts, including the construction of a high school and natatorium.

In addition to his professional career, Paul Pogue remains a strong supporter of the local community. A member of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Pogue regularly contributes to educational institutions including McKinney Education, Allen Education, the Rockwall Foundation Endowment Fund, and the Northwest Education Foundation. Alongside his wife Judy, Mr. Pogue also enjoys performing missionary work and has helped build many churches, schools, and hospitals across India, Africa, and Mexico.
