Professionally (aka "my day job"), I am a writer, trainer, facilitator, creativist, and the owner of OmniSkills, LLC, in Charlotte, NC. I'm the author of "H2 Solve Wicked Problems," a tidy little guide to Creative Problem Solving, and am the co-author of "Creativity Rising." My degrees include an MBA from Syracuse University and an MS in Creativity from SUNY Buffalo State.
