Paul Reddy serves as a partner of Newpark Capital, a Utah-based private equity firm that concentrates on building ownership interest value for impact-oriented mid-cap businesses. Through co-investing and leveraging years of operating experience, Newpark Capital helps impact-oriented companies achieve growth and liquidity. Paul Reddy co founded the firm in 2015, and led its acquisition of Wise Woman Herbals and Superior Labs.
The acquisition of Wise Woman Herbals led to the formation of the nutritional supplement holding company Earth Lab Holdings in 2017. Since then, Mr. Reddy has overseen brand businesses as the president of ELH, which operates two consumer brands offering over 300 premium formulations.
Prior to Newpark Capital, Mr. Reddy was the president of Datamark, a $65 million digital marketing agency serving the education sector. During his time there, he deleveraged its balance sheet and orchestrated a company turnaround. He previously served as the vice president of business development of education services firm InsideTrack. Earlier in his career, Mr. Reddy served as a principal in the global management consultancy Kearny, and an investment banking associate at LaSalle Partners.
A graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Paul Reddy holds a master of business administration in general management.
