Paul Redford

I am the co-director of the MSc Occupational Psychology at UWE Bristol.

My teaching, research and practice focuses on work and business psychology and teaching and learning research. I am a Principa​l Practitioner member of the Association for Business Psychology (ABP), a Chartered Psychologist member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) ​and an Associate Professor.

I specialise in organisational psychology, focusing on the enablers of positive organisations which promote positive psychological experiences such as creativity, growth, confidence, optimism and well-being. I am particularly interested in the factors that can enable individuals to flourish in organisations, and help teams and organisations foster cultures that promote personal and professional growth.
