Paul Reeves

Based in Grosse Ile, Michigan, Paul W. Reeves has an extensive education background as a teacher and principal, and has led Impact Radio USA since 2017. Editing and producing shows for other radio personalities, Paul Reeves hosts a variety of programs, including "Dr. Paul's Family Talk", "Impact Classics", and "Impact Smooth Jazz”. Over 41,000 listeners hear his shows on a daily basis.

Active in education from 1983 to 2015, Mr. Reeves taught subjects such as English, math, and Spanish in state schools, and also initiated and led the Midwest’s largest band program. Over the years, the popular program generated more than 800 individual student medalists and fielded 17 award-winning bands.

In his administrative role, Mr. Reeves was successful in improving assessments of schools from an “F” to an “A” level. He also coordinated education programs that boosted Literacy scores by 250 percent within a single year, and over 400% in Mathematics. His efforts increased enrollment significantly and enabled the district to achieve financial solvency.

Mr. Reeves is the author of the book "A Principal's Family Principles", which draws on lessons learned both with his kids and in a school setting, and presents 85 stories with life-affirming messages.
