I'm a Commercial Property Solicitor with +10 years PQE, providing consultant legal services to both the public and private sectors, as well as the owner and CEO of PRD Property Services Limited.

I'm also a senior consultant for Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council, the Greater Manchester Pension Fund and co-owner of property investment firm, Brunanburh Limited.

Paul is an expert in landlord & tenant law and has considerable experience in a wide range of commercial property work from portfolio management through to investment and development work.
Paul works as part of a team of real estate lawyers who specialise in advising businesses on the acquisition, management and disposal of commercial property.

Experience
Paul’s recent experiences include:
• Advising a global, LSE listed software solutions company on its relocation to c.16,000 sq ft Grade A office space in The Shard, London; and 4,000 sq ft office space at Didsbury Point, Manchester and the related exit from their former premises.
• Advising a male grooming business on all aspects of the company’s store expansion programme since 2015.
• Advising a global aerospace company on the rationalisation of its property portfolio, including settling dilapidations claims on former premises.
• Advising a logistics company in relation to the property aspects of the company entering into a lease at MAG, Manchester Airport.

Interests
Paul is a family man and enjoys nothing more than spending time with his young daughter Orla.
Paul plays football with friends and is a keen follower of Everton Football Club. He is also a fan of rock music and enjoys going to live events.
