Paul Roughan

For the last 10 years I have been a consultant specialising in a combination of context- and situation- analysis for the Melanesian region, especially Solomon Islands. I have been involved in an eclectic mix of positions, spanning civil society, private sector and public sector roles. My current focus is on entry strategy development and risk assessment for large infrastructure and resource projects in the context of weak states and post-conflict situations.
