Paul Roviss Khambule

I work for Lokxion Foundation, Khayamandi based organisation. I craft and implement community based projects, aiming to uplift township youth. I have a great passion for working with people who wish to be part of a better future. My previous experience has taught me how working hard, dedication, and perseverance can help when completing a task or project.

Co-founder for IMBILA Strategic Services, the focus areas are Research, Micro Farming, Tourism and Heritage, Financial Solutions, Leadership and Ethics, and Housing Solutions.

Member of Imbadu Housing Enablement Cooperative, established by the community of people with a vision to secure good land for integrated sustainable development to benefit the marginalized people in the Stellenbosch valley.

I worked for Indutech since September 2007 to November 2013. My position is "Business Engineer". I consult, develop, implement and support client on specific solutions. I have experience in building roadmaps (processes), supporting roadmap and EDEN™ users, training EDEN™ users, innovation management, knowledge management, project and program management and business process analysis. I have worked on projects in several sectors including: Financial Services, Utilities and Government. I am knowledgeable in many areas, gained through the opportunity given by Indutech, working on different projects and institutions. I also have heart for entrepreneurship, which gives me the opportunity and understanding to develop good customer relations, communication skills and strategy development and execution.

From February 2006 to December 2011, I managed A&V Contractor cc a building contractor. I have worked in an upmarket residential sector. I worked in the South Peninsula area (Stonehaven Estate, Lake Michelle Estate, Klein Slangkop Estate), and the surrounding areas.
