He was the Architect/President of PGAM Advanced Technologies ® Partnership, an operation with peak revenues of $220 Million per year that provided intellectual property, product development, and manufacturing services to Original Equipment Manufacturers in the US, Germany, Canada, India, and China.

He built a strong reputation in the mid 1990’s within Global 500 Brands such as Ford, Toyota and GM as a Technology Ambassador, for his ability to reduce anxiety and the acceptance curve of engineering and design staffs' adaptation to new tools and processes. As a Trainer, project manager, and consultant, he's driven resource strategies, designed, productivity/compliance metrics, and implemented best practices for a wide variety of value channels. Although his rising business accomplishments were commendable, he’s widely known for his entrepreneurial IQ, and his keen ability quickly identify and categorize specific value catalysts and barriers.
