Paul Salib founded Castellan Real Estate Partners in New York City in 2006, and he has been a managing partner since then. Responsible for all facets of the firm’s operations, Paul Salib also oversees all the investment decisions.

Mr. Salib has concurrently been teaching as an assistant adjunct professor at the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University in New York City since 2008. Before teaching, he earned his MS in real estate finance and investment from New York University in 2003. In 1993, Paul Salib began his academic career at Syracuse University, where he received his bachelor’s of arts in finance.

In 2004, Mr. Salib began serving as a senior vice president for Red Stone Partners in New York City, and he was involved in acquiring and financing over one billion dollars worth of commercial real estate properties until he left in 2006.

In his spare time, Paul Salib enjoys playing tennis.
