Paul Salisbury

Warwick

Paul's experience became rounded in the 1980's when employed by the Bobby Browns Group - Birmingham who operated a collection of restaurants around Birmingham and Warwickshire. Paul became the group Operations Director at an early age having demonstrated the responsibility and flair required to engage with an affluent audience and keep the offer fresh and interesting.

As a restless and successful young man Paul sought independence and acquired Mortons Bar Birmingham, a popular city bar and restaurant with professional followers.
The sale of Mortons to M& B (later branded "All Bar One") created the start of a relationship which would see Paul Salisbury & Partner Paul Hales develop a new partnership with Kevin Todd, Director M&B to develop the Premium Country Dining concept delivering a slice of a new market for them in Restaurant Dining. This proved to be a huge success and was rolled at nationally to over 60 sites.

Paul is know for being a passionate man with very high standards. He is charming yet straight talking, highly driven, with great energy which has been behind the success of the Group.
