I am currently the President of Sanderson McLeod, a search firm with a passion for helping innovative young companies find and hire the leadership that is needed to turn disruptive ideas into the engines of our new economy. Our firm works in medical device, bitoech, software, and clean technology. My other passion is Music. My music world started by playing in garage bands. I then went to school, pursued a Masters in Classical Music Composition and Conducting and then landed right back in the pop world where I formed and fronted numerous bands in Cleveland and Nashville.
