Paul Solomon also acted as a liaison to the community, coordinated actions between the partners, and prepared reports for investors. During Mr. Solomon's tenure at Linear City, he managed several prominent projects that were widely praised by the surrounding community, including the East Third Street Lofts, the 811 Traction Avenue Lofts, the Toy Factory Lofts, and the Biscuit Company Lofts. At the time, the Toy Factory project was the largest adaptive re-use loft condominium project in the history Los Angeles.

A graduate of Duke University, Paul Solomon earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a Cum Laude distinction. During his time at Duke, Mr. Solomon played Division 1 golf, utilizing the skills he had worked on from a young age.
