I am founding partner of the Reputatiegroep, a boardroom consultancy in the Netherlands specialized in reputation management. I was raised in the heart of Holland, where I still reside with my beautiful wife Marjon and our lovely son and two daughters.

I wrote three books related to crisis communications, (re)branding strategies and reputation management. Regularly I give workshops and masterclasses on these subjects. I am program director for the Master of Reputation Management of EURIB, the European Institute for Brand Management.

I serve on the supervisory boards of Saltro (one of the leading diagnostics centers in the Netherlands) and Share People. SharePeople (co-created by ICCO, De Baak and VNO NCW) is a Dutch social enterprise that supports small and medium enterprises in developing countries with human resource capital from the corporate sector in the Netherlands.

When I was a kid you couldn't tear me away from my books. I play piano. I’m a product of Utrecht University. I love art, travel and I am active in several networks about reputation issues. In my spare time I like to chill out with the great friends that I have.
