Paul Stansberry

Agile Product Owner, Citizen, and Civic Volunteer in Edmond, Oklahoma

Over the past 20 years, I've had the opportunity to fill a variety of roles that have offered me the chance to learn a wide range of skills, from team building and staffing management to product workflow and screen design to project and milestone planning and implementation.

As a Product Specialist at a la mode, I was instrumental in helping customers install their mission critical software on-site and then teaching them how to use it to their biggest advantage in their own office. This experience gave me a unique opportunity to observe and learn how customers used the products. Later, this would prove invaluable in my role as a Product Manager for a la mode’s flagship product, WinTOTAL.

In late 2004, I moved to Orlando, FL as part of a team that worked to establish and bring operational a la mode’s first regional branch office. There, I served as the facility’s Product Specialist, supported the sales staff, maintained the on-site 50+ seat hands-on training facility, and provided IT support for the building.

When I was approached in December of 2005 to fill the role of Product Manager for WinTOTAL (a la mode’s flagship product), I accepted and returned to Oklahoma City. Since then, I've been an important part of the success of the WinTOTAL product and was a primary influencer during the design of the sixth generation product, TOTAL. My unique insight into our customers was invaluable in ensuring that this was the best version of WinTOTAL to that date.

In 2016, I left a la mode to join Appraisal Scope (later acquired by CoreLogic, Inc.), a SaaS platform designed to help manage the appraisal workflow for Appraisal Management Companies.

Today, my responsibility is as the Product Owner for the Appraisal Scope platform, working with client-facing team members and customers to determine and implement workflow efficiencies that improve their process and reduce efforts.
