Paul Stuckle

Paul Stuckle is a false allegations attorney at Stuckle & Associates in Plano, Texas. Stuckle has more than 25 years of experience defending the rights of those facing criminal charges, including child sexual abuse charges, domestic violence, adult sexual abuse charges and types of family violence.

Stuckle earned his bachelor's degree in criminal justice from St. Edward's University in Austin. He was a police officer in the patrol division with the Dallas Police Department before earning his juris doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1983.

After begining his career in the criminal justice system as a police officer, Stuckle used his knowledge and experiences as a prosecutor at the Collins County Criminal District Attorney's Office. He later served as the police legal adviser to the Fort Worth Police Department and a Municipal City Judge for the City of The Colony, all before going into private practice.

Stuckle started his own law firm in 1991 to help protect the rights of men and women falsely accused of crimes. Now, as owner of Stuckle & Associates, he represents the rights of clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including Collin County, Dallas County, Tarrant County and Denton County.
