Paul H. Toffel, M.D. is Clinical Professor of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, at the University of Southern California School of Medicine. He is board certified in head, neck and Otolaryngology surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He was one of the first North American surgeons to learn functional endoscopic sinus surgery techniques from the German pioneers. He modified these techniques to evolve the "Secure Technique" which is featured in the textbook Current Therapy in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery as a standard of care.
