Paul Wasser

Over the past 27 years, Paul Wasser has held leadership roles with multiple healthcare organizations, such as Somerset Gardens Senior Living and the St. Johnland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Since June 2020, Paul Wasser has served as Healthcare Operations and Advisory Services of New York’s chief executive and president.
With the roles, he works within the patient financial services department and oversees all areas of the revenue cycle process. Since starting, he has expedited the payment process by developing a payer escalation process, among other initiatives.
Mr. Wasser has held the same roles with Dominican Village Independent & Assisted Living, where he helped win several awards. While he was there, the organization was a Sisters of Saint Dominic of Amityville honoree and an AHCA/NCAL National Silver Quality Award recipient in 2019.
Throughout this time, Paul Wasser has drawn on an extensive academic portfolio. Alongside two associate’s degrees, he has a bachelor of science in healthcare administration. After earning the B.S., he attended Dowling College, obtaining a master’s of business administration in healthcare management.
