Paul Reeves has been a professional in the education field for over 30 years. Currently, Paul works with Lead Consulting as an educational consultant, helping parents, students, and school organizations achieve great success in their educational planning. As an educational consultant Paul Reeves helps with staff development, hiring practices, evaluations, increasing parental involvement, managing budgets, mentoring, and more

Outside of his family life and career, Paul Reeves is also a music professional. Paul is passionate about Jazz and has been inspired by many great musicians including Buddy Rich, Bobby Hutcherson, Milt Jackson, and Ray Brown, He has produced two CDs available for purchase which he wrote, arranged, played, recorded, and mixed himself.

Paul Reevesand the Lead Consulting team work with the principals and staffs of elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools to help raise their assessment scores by 100%, 200%, 300%, and even 400%. These results are achieved through staff development, regular classroom visitations, consulting with the principal, coaching individual teachers, and ensuring that everyone was provided with the necessary tools to succeed.
