Pavel studied Swedish Massage and Reflexology at Scottish Massage School in Edinburgh and holds a certificate in both. He completed two levels of hands-free massage at KnotStressed institute in Edinburgh and trained with a teacher of Esalen massage and Scaraveli yoga. Previously, Pavel studied and has a degree in Psychology. He has been implementing CranioSacral therapy and Somatoemotional release into his treatments as he proceeds with further training. He is an enthusiastic tai chi and meditation practitioner.
On the teaching side - Pavel holds a degree in Psychology. He worked as a Psychologist in an Educational institute for over two years. There, besides diagnosing, he led group activities with children and teenagers.
He has been living in the North of Scotland since 2013.
He holds 2 TEFL certifications: 120-hour Premier TEFL course and Online teaching bundle - Incorporating 40-hour Teaching English Online and Online Teaching Practice.
Since 2020 he has been teaching English online.
Besides that, he is a passionate chaga mushroom miner and another mushroom picker, hiker, biker, didgeridoo player, photographer, spiritual seeker and finder, poems reader, and poems writer.
