Pavel Fedorov

Currently living in Manila, Pavel Fedorov is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Salmon, a technology-centric bank with a mission to empower customers with access to credit and financial services in Southeast Asia.
Pavel has a strong professional background in the financial service, fintech, investment banking, mining and energy industries. At Morgan Stanley London from 1997-2009 Federov was involved in the European Telecommunications, Media and Technology division, later leading the company's ventures throughout Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
Subsequent to his days at Morgan Stanley, Pavel Fedorov worked as an executive at various London Stock Exchange-listed businesses, guiding planned and vital transformation for many enterprises.
In 2021, as co-CEO Pavel united with Tinkoff, one of the world's most extensive and commercially successful digital banks, to conduct the bank's international growth and expansion. In Q2 of 2022, Pavel separated from Tinkoff to grow Philippines-based fintech, Salmon.
An Edmund Muskie Fellow, Pavel Fedorov attended the University of Washington, where he earned an MBA in finance and later a BSC in economics from Novosibrik State University.
