Pavillion capital manages commercial, residential and industrial properties on behalf of a broad based clientele including individuals, companies, parastatals, embassies, churches etc.

On appointment as Property Managers we offer the following services:

Rent collection,
preparation of statements of accounts,
letting/re-letting,
negotiations for new leases,
renewal of leases & rent reviews,
maintenance and repairs,
periodic inspections,
payments of all operating costs e.g. insurance, premiums, rates, ground rent, security,
preparation of periodic reports,
