My life has been marked by three stages, which have contributed to my personal and proffesional development.

Before starting the university I practiced roller skating for many years, I wanted to be a proffessional in this sport. I used to train very hard to have better results in my competitions, for instance I woke up early, it means at 4am in order to train before go to the school, it was not compulsory, I just made because I wanted to be a world champion. Likewise, I had training sessions during the afternoons or nights, so it was a hard routine for me. I tried to be good at everything I did, it means in the academic area as well in the sport.

Then, when I started the university I used to work on holidays, so I had the opportunity to be employed in two companies: Tecval and Comestibles Osma. In the first one, I learned too much because I had never worked before in a medium size company. At the beginning was a little bit difficult for me, I did not know a lot about documents of imports, so I had to ask for help several times to my boss in order to do it properly and to avoid any mistake. Moreover, I was in charge of important and confidential documents, demonstrating my responsabiity and honesty. It was my first proximity to international trade.

Finally, I have had the opportunity to live in Montpellier, it has been a wonderful experience. I have interacted with people from many countries, learning about their cultures. This exchange has helped me to be more independent, to get a new perspective about the world and to learn how to work with people that have different customs and thoughts. I love the diversity, in my opinion it helps to create new ideas and to generate interesting discussions, developing new skills within the teams.

The previous experiences have taught me a lot, transforming me in an objective and mature person. Four factors have been critical during my life: tenancy, diligence, discipline and proactivity. These have been the pillars that have helped me to fulfill my goals. I have worked har to accomplish all the requirements to be here in Montpellier Business School, I feel very happy and proud of myself. However, I want to be better and to pursue my next goals.

I am interested in working on international trade, encouraging the imports and exports from Colombia. I want to contribute to the development and improvement of my country.
