Pawan is the CTO at Eros International , largest Bollywood Media company, spearheading Eros's Digital technology initiatives. Earlier, Pawan was heading Video Engineering at Yahoo R&D;, Bangalore, with specific focus on video “discovery” in Yahoo. Prior to joining Yahoo!, Pawan has been co-founder & CTO at Tecoma Technologies and Lead Architect, Media & Entertainment at Hewlett-Packard.
