I Pawan Kumar Arora, Passed MBA (HR) in 2010 from pioneer University Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak (Haryana). Besides these professional qualifications, I also completed Bachelor in Art (B.A.) From Maharshi Dayanand University in 2001. During the time of pursuing Bachelor in Art, I joined Central Excise, Gurgaon, as Data Entry Operator Where I was involved to conduct Data Entry work on part time basis and also assists the Database Administrator. I also completed the ‘DOEACC – A Level Advance Diploma Course in Computer Application’ in 2005. During that I joined Ethical Data Processing and IT Solutions where I perform all in-house keeping jobs of an Executive Assistant. After that I joined ITM University (formerly Institute of Technology & Management – Autonomous Institute), Sector – 23A, Gurgaon as Stenographer CUM PA to Governing Body/ Principal (after formation of University PA to Governing Body/Vice Chancellor/Registrar and HOD of Secretarial Department) on March 9, 2007. I am performing the following duties at ITM University:
I have more than ten years experience in Administrative Department, who are backbone of each organization. As an MBA I can understand that it is easy to point out the management for their policies or working, but the truth is known by the employer that how many difficulties they have to face at the time of running organization. As DOEACC A Level Diploma holder I welcomes all type of positive Technological changes comes in all type of Office Automation Software like MS Word/Excel/ PowerPoint. As B.A. I also understand out political system and their working.
I involved in managing the offices of Sr. functionary like Governing Body/ Vice-Chancellor/ Registrar of the university and assists them from time to time during the different occasion like preparation of compliance reports for different Government bodies like University Grants Commission (UGC), All India Council for Technical Education, National Board of Accreditation, Government of Haryana, Bar Council of India etc. etc.. Also produced the report and takes the data/ records from various departments and arrange that data on the format and prepare the report of aforesaid Government Bodies.
I also take dictations from all aforesaid Sr. Functionary, typing correspondences, maintaining their appointments & engagements diary, receiving visitors, receiving and dispatching their mails and parcels. I maintained their files, records, mov
