I am Pawan Kumar Gupta and I am a social worker. I am contesting independently for MLA from Udhampur constituency in J&K. I have almost 20 years experience in public life and grew up amidst a political background. My late father had been MLA 4 times. I joined politics to be able to deliver change, to bring about development and to pull my constituency out of backwardness. My agenda is "Insaaf aur insaniyat , vikas ke saath". Jai Hind.
