Over the course of my life, I have acquired a very particular set of skills, strengths, and goals. First, I am a deliberative person. I am the type of person who is selective in determining my decisions; I will evaluate the risks involved with every choice I make. In addition to this I am a private person, and I need to trust and have a relationship with someone before I open up to them. This tendency allows me to grow more meaningful relationships with people. It also allows me to utilize my listening skills when I meet a new person. My goal is to apply my listening skills so that I may improve my public and social skills.
Another skill that I have obtained is my inclination to achieve. I have an intense drive to succeed and be productive in everything I do. In other words, I am very persistent; if I fail or feel that I have not done enough to be the best at whatever I do, I will work much harder the next time to ensure that failure does not happen again. Even when I accomplish my original goals, I am always ready to move on to the next one. There will always be something, big or small, that I must attain and be prosperous in it. I hope to use this skill not to be a perfectionist, but to be the best employee that I am capable of achieving.
Being a realist is an additional skillset that I possess. As a realist, I prefer to be in risk-taking and physically challenging environments; it is where I have the most success as an individual. If I do not experience a thrill or adrenaline, I can find tasks to be boring and repetitive. Facing new challenges excites me and allows me to show off my exceptional decision making abilities. The overall goal is that I am hired by an organization that allows me to be in situations that are unfamiliar and precarious.
