Jacob Payne

A Texan not by birth, but by choice. I am the older the brother to my only sibling, Jocelyn. I graduated from James E. Taylor High School in Katy, Texas in 2010 and have been studying in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Texas State University for the pass three years. I am a brother of the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity.
