Payne Walker

Fort Walton Beach, Florida

Payne Walker learned Northwest Florida real estate from the ground up. After serving in The US Air Force with the 20th Tactical Air Command at RAF Upper Heyford and completing his service with the 20th Special Operations Squadron at Hurlburt Field the Alabama native remained in the Fort Walton Beach area. His first civilian position after the Air Force was with a local building supply company. There he learned the intricate details of home building in many of the home building trades- plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, framing, drywall and general construction.

In 1994, Payne began his career in real estate with ERA American Realty’s Rental Department as an Assistant to the Maintenance Director. That first real estate position had him assisting in coordinating maintenace for 450+ rental properties for owners and their tenants. Over a 10 year span Payne filled and excelled at numerous positions within the rental department completing his tenure as Lead Property Manager responsible for a staff of 12 over four offices. At the time of his departure the rental division had grown to managing more than 800 long-term rental properties.

Payne’s move into sales followed and his previous experience was of great value. The same skills and abilities required to be successful in property management were required of a successful sales agent- the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and projects with customer satisfaction at its core. While Payne is proud to be a Multi-Million Dollar producing agent he’s proudest of his 100% Customer Satisfaction Award. No easy task in any market!

As Broker Owner of an independent real estate brokerage he leverages his experience for the benefit of not only buyers and sellers but for agents and community charitable needs. If you’d like to see how Payne can put his experience to work for your benefit you can contact Payne by these methods.
