I am the head of software team for Fugoo Corp - a startup company, where I am responsible for building the team and executing on complete software development of following products:

1. Fugoo Bluetooth Speaker

2. Fugoo XL Bluetooth Speaker

3. Fugoo Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Speaker

4. Infocus MVP100 Video Desktop phone (as part of consulting work)

Before Fugoo, I was at Texas Instruments where I worked in Field Application Engineer role where I was solution architect, evangelist and technical arm of sales team. I helped architect number of customer products, conducted schematic reviews, board bring up, developed middleware layers, conducted multiple workshops (single-day and 4-day) driving multi-million dollar revenue.

My expertise includes

Building and mentoring world class software and QA teams using both inside hires and outside consultants spanned across multiple geographic areas.

Product Management - product strategy through customer discovery/development, competitive landscape, market positioning, developing channel and distribution partner strategy, product evangelist both inside and outside organization

Program Management - managing multiple development projects and external customer programs working with number of cross-functional teams both inside and outside organization

- Experience in number of end equipment areas using IOT, sensors, video, audio and low power wireless technologies
