Investment Banker Private Placement Authority in United Kingdom

I am an investment banker, fund manager, and long-time specialist in Private Placement Programmes with more than 30 years of experience in global finance. I was born in Georgetown, Guyana, and raised in the United Kingdom after my father earned a scholarship that brought our family to Britain. My interest in economics led me to study Business Studies, Economics, and International Banking, which later took me to New York for 14 years. There, I began my career at Wells Fargo on Wall Street, first as a personal banker and later on the trading floor.

Over the years, I worked with major institutions including Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, Credit Agricole CIB, Calyon, Lloyds Bank, and BlackRock. I helped build private placement and MTN desks, structured complex financial products, and advised governments, institutions, and corporations on funding strategies. These experiences shaped my reputation as a leading authority in private placement and structured finance.

I went on to found The Tiger Fund, Blackhorse International, and Westpac Trading FZE, guiding each with a focus on strategy, stability, and responsible growth.

Beyond finance, I have been deeply committed to humanitarian work, including projects in Africa, India, and the UK. My goal has always been the same: to use knowledge, experience, and opportunity to create meaningful impact.
