Pat Britz

Patricia Britz was Program Director at the National Sleep Foundation (NSF) where she wrote numerous articles and presented at professional and scientific meetings. She created NSF's website on sleep and kids. She is author of the children's book, "Animals Need Zzz's, Too."

Ms. Britz has Master degrees in Education and Public Management from Carnegie-Mellon University. For over 40 years, she developed and presented programs on health-related topics and wrote on health-related topics for the professional, patient and public
