Patti M. Bryson

Patti Bryson, President and CEO, of SIFT, Inc. has over 30 years of business experience. She joined SIFT, Inc. in 1997 as an office administrator and client manager. Prior to this she had served as a customer service supervisor and human resources assistant to Fortune 500 corporations and as an office coordinator to the general manager of a multi-million dollar company. Prior to beginning her current career with SIFT, Inc., Ms. Bryson invested 20 years as a military spouse first raising her family of three and now a granddaughter. Life as the spouse of a frequently deployed career soldier, raising a devoted family, and working full time taught her the value of ethics, loyalty and commitment. It also drove home to her the value of having the right person in the right job – and the consequences of NOT doing so.

Her company, SIFT, Inc. is a background screening company whose clients are nationwide. With each screening, a national sex offender registry search is provided at no additional cost to the client. This is a service she feels is imperative in today's world. Background screening is a necessary tool in hiring and Ms. Bryson is diligent in finding the answers to those unanswered questions provided by references and agencies. She offers her services to Charitable or non-profit organizations at a discount or Pro Bono (Conyers Rockdale Council for the Arts, Morgan County Human Society, and Phoenix Pass). SIFT is experts in this time consuming, highly detail oriented and critically important aspect of the hiring process. They prefer to function as an extension of your organization to be part of the hiring team.

She currently serves as the President and President elect of the New-Roc Charter Chapter and Corresponding Secretary of Atlanta Area Council of American Business Womens Association, as an ambassador with the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce, as well as, a Girl Scout advisor of a middle school and a high school troop and Service Unit Treasurer of Rockdale County.

As the expression goes, "If you want something done, give it to a busy person."
