Aloha,

I am the owner and property reviewer for Property Condition Review Pro or Pcr Pro as I like to call it. I grew up in Kaneohe Hawaii and love living here on Oahu. I went to St. Marks in Kaneohe through 8th grade I then went to Lutheran High School of Hawaii and Kapiolani Community College.

I spent 13 years doing multiple trades in the construction field as well as in construction management. I have spent the last 4 years in Property Management.

This company is a culmination of my years in construction, my experience in property management, and a niche that needs to be filled in Hawaii. With my experience and use of current technology, property managers and owners will have highly detailed reports, as well as concrete evidence if tenants should want to go to court.
