As an ITIL® and PRINCE2® Master, he has trained, coached, and consulted for global blue-chip clients such as RBS, Commerzbank, IKEA, and T-Systems. His work has delivered measurable improvements in efficiency, cost savings, and service quality across multiple industries.

Robert is also a co-author of the ITIL® 4 Service Request Management Practice Guide and is recognized for his expertise in ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, and MSP methodologies. He is passionate about aligning people, processes, and technology to help organizations manage complex change and achieve sustainable business value.

With leadership roles at ABN AMRO, SunGard, and Commerzbank earlier in his career, Robert combines deep technical knowledge with practical experience. Through PDCA Consulting, he continues to empower teams, develop capability, and deliver lasting results worldwide.
