PHI-HONG HA
Phi leads clients and designers toward innovative, conceptually driven solutions that are humanistic, memorable and market forward. With over 12 years experience, she has worked extensively in a variety of industries — including media and entertainment, automotive and non-profit — to craft compelling brand and service experiences.
Phi completed a Master's in Interaction Design at Carnegie Mellon University and a BA in Economics from Cornell University. She currently serves as an adjunct faculty member in service design for the Interaction Design Masters program at the School of Visual Arts in NYC.
Her work has garnered recognition from Webby Award, How Interactive, Pixel Award and Communication Arts Interactive Annual. A recent project with Fjord was featured in PAGE, a German magazine for creative professionals. She was also invited to judge the AIGA 365 | Design Effectiveness competition in 2011. Phi's clients have included Daimler, CNN, and TED.
At Fjord, Phi led projects entailing large-scale service strategy to next generation mobile service concepts to transformation work. Outside of client work, she loves eating well — and eating often — and enjoys exploring Berlin's thriving art scene.
