I am a devoted runner and fitness enthusiast. My passion is and always has been health and wellness. The human body is the most vital aspect to living a happy and healthy life. I wish to do everything I can to bestow this value onto the students I teach and help better the future health of our nation. I believe in the importance of positive role modeling of healthy behaviors and social behaviors for our students. “One man practicing sportsmanship is more influential than 50 men preaching it”. Some personal activities I enjoy are running, rock climbing, cycling, swimming and skiing to name a few. Teaching students healthy habits is what I’m best at and where I can contribute the most to our country, our society, and our future.

Physical Education has been making been changes in the past few years and is no longer what some people typically think of when they remember their P.E experience. P.E. now as I see it is to be less sport oriented and rather give students exposure to an array of activities to enable them to be active for life. This way students can develop skills in something that personally interests them thus being lifelong participants of activity.
