People are often pigeonholed as a profession/job title or how they do things. I am trained as a physiotherapist and my most current project is redefining the way private practice physiotherapy is accessed, experienced and changed through my newest venture The Movement Team. With my co-director we are are working on changing how physiotherapy is delivered.

Previously I have worked within my own companies within Tech, Property and Investment. I have elite level rehabilitation experience working within the English Premier League, The British Military and within Rugby and AFL in Australia.

I enjoy helping people to create change- I love working closely wiht my staff to help create an awesome environment to work, thrive and prosper. Not just within their job but with their own lives.
