Pearly is in constant search of her path to create her own legacy in the world.

After spending her university years in Japan, Taiwan, and Europe speaking six different languages and experiencing diverse tastes of food and life, she landed in Hong Kong for the most unlikely job you’d imagine for her- an investment professional at Goldman Sachs.

Those 4.5 eventful years started on the eve of the global financial crisis in 2008, followed by some hair-raising roller-coaster ride in a career through which she discovered that she needs a more profound motivation in life than the greenback. She took a leap of faith and made a radical career change.

She joined powerful technology businesswoman Cher Wang’s office as her Chief of Staff in 2012, leading her international public engagements including APEC Business Advisory Council where she helped run the Finance & Economic Working Group, Women’s Forum, and SME & Entrepreneurship Working Group alongside business and political leaders in the APEC region.

Since then, she started a 120,000 miles per year type of globe-trotting life, leaving footprints across the world including unlikely places like Vladivostok, Addis Ababa, Lima, and Yangon. She frequently speaks in public for her incredible boss on entrepreneurship, innovation, and women leadership.
