Ever since my first child was born in 1984, I always wanted a reason to build a Dolls House. But being a dad of two boys, a reason never come to life. Now finally after my lovely granddaughter was born my dream has come true.At the start of this blog I had already purchased my first house. A second hand house that I completely refurbish, but after seeing Emma's reaction to the house I knew that my venture will continue. So after a friend's donation of a second Dolls House I decided to do things a bit differently. While the first house only went through a refurbishment and some minor tweaks, this second house will undergo major changes and will look completely different from its original state. All of this is providing me with an enormous amount of pleasure and after my daughter in law suggestion I decided to create this blog in order to keep a record of this process.
