For the past 30 years, I have worked with over 10,000 men in my vocations within spiritual and secular communities - specializing in men related issues. For the past 20 years, my career has been working with men as a professional substance abuse counselor.

My work with men has involved teaching, training, counseling, mentoring and coaching within the contexts of social service agencies, spiritual-based communities, neighborhood community centers, seminars, retreats, social gatherings and friendships. And, currently, I provide life coaching and spiritual mentoring to several men outside my daily job responsibilities.

Through these many years working with men from diverse backgrounds, I have developed what I call a transformative philosophy with a global perspective on the psychology of men - viewing them with a well-balance framework and interacting with them from a holistic approach.

I am the Founder & CEO of Third Screen Generation, a New York internet-based multifaceted company - promoting, selling and educating customers and entrepreneurs on digital products and services.

I am a Puerto Rican AfroTaino man, from New York City. I can describe myself as a christian man, a thinker, a reader, a student, a mentor, a teacher, a counselor, a researcher, an entrepreneur, a practical spiritual philosopher, a libertarian; and also caring, generous, honest, compassionate, trustworthy, reliable, considerate, positive-minded, loving, real, sensitive, intelligent, educated, serious, humorous, always eager to learn. I am a well-balanced spiritual person -socially and emotionally intelligent.

My Hobbies & Interests: I love and enjoy reading books, on topics such as: spirituality, business, personal development, positive psychology, philosophy, neuroscience, internet marketing, health, social issues; and meeting new people, friendships, listening to different types of music; the internet and blogging; parks and museums; movies; tea drinking; good food & good wine.
