Pedro Ferreira

Hi! Welcome to my bio.

Since I graduated in sociology, I discovered a passion for people and behavior. At the same time, I began to cultivate my interest for organizations and how people relate, adapt, change and are changed in and by organizations.

When I started teaching at a Portuguese business school, I discovered another area that is also about people and organizations: marketing and, more specifically, consumer behavior.

Since then, my professional career is devoted to human resources management, organizational behavior and marketing.

My passion is to discover, research and learn. That's why I did a PhD, do research, and teach at a Portuguese university.

I travel whenever I can and usually take the opportunity to present my research at conferences or give lectures at universities.

I believe in hard work, but having fun in doing what I do.
