Before founding Terra, Pedro Martin worked as a real estate attorney for Greenberg Traurig. Pedro Martin Terra served financial institutions and property developers in Miami and the surrounding region during his 25 years at Greenberg Traurig. Geographically and tactically, these acquisitions are dispersed throughout South Florida, starting in Miami Beach along the intercoastal, continuing through the Metropolis development in Dadeland, and finally entering the Omni neighborhood close to downtown Miami.
